During our initial discussion, we mutually determine the scope and frequency of your accounting needs.  Based on your needs, we  determine whether you need monthly, quarterly, or annual accounting reports.  In most cases, monthly reporting is preferable since it can provide you with current information that helps you make important management decisions. 

Our accounting package consists of the following:

• Processing of all business expenses
• Processing of sales, deposits, and receivables
• Bank reconcilaition of business bank accounts
• Financial Reports: Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Trial Balance, General Ledger, Bank Reconciliation, and other customizable reports

Our rates are very competitive, and the cost is based upon the amount of work that is required on our part.  Most clients run between $75 and $150 per month. We can show you how to prepare processing information so that your cost is kept to a minimum.
